The eco-line E4-100 belt finishing machine is a complete machine with four work spindles with a very high productivity. The fully indexed finishing cell with a continuous open machining area is designed for all rotary parts and can process up to four belt stages in succession. The novel machine concept allows loading of the parts via a gantry loader or robot. However, the parts can also be fed to the processing station via a belt and a lifting station and transported further. For large series, we can also attach the appropriate stacking and destacking units.
The tape finishing system eco-line E4-100 is perfectly suited to polish and structure the surfaces of hard chrome-plated shafts or shafts and pistons. Even when producing 100% twist-free sealing surfaces and bearing surfaces, you can achieve processing times of only a few seconds with the process-safe tape finishing technology. With the future-oriented tape finishing technology, all materials can be quickly and reliably finished to the required surface roughness after grinding or hard turning. A further advantage is the consistent and homogeneous surface structure of the finished parts.
Innovative control technology
The belt finishing system eco-line E4-100 has a Siemens control system and a Siemens Touch for easy operation. The entire programming is intuitive and very user-friendly. Many different products can be stored and recalled or even monitored via the Profibus system. For the operation there is a 3 level password protection for processing security. For operators, for team leaders and for service there are locked and active and passive input fields which can be defined by the customer.
The above-mentioned eco-line E4-100 belt finishing system is modular in design, and can therefore be adapted to all customer requirements, with a very good price-performance ratio.
A powerful filter trolley FW155 with a large-area fine filter can be placed under the unit to save space. The filter trolley is equipped with optical pressure indicator as well as float switches for monitoring the filling level. A flow meter can also be installed to report the oil flow rate to the control system. The filter trolley is on wheels and can be removed from the plugs for cleaning without tools and moved to the cleaning station.
